How it works
- Pick a task and set the timer for 25 minutes.
- Work with full focus until the timer rings.
- Take a short 5-minute break.
- Every 4 sessions, take a longer 15-minute break.

Create projects below the timer to track your long-term progress. Estimate how many sessions a project needs, then watch your chosen visualization fill up as you work. Click a project to make it active — completed sessions automatically count toward it.
